This meeting is a special meeting with a specific topic intended to gather positive community input and build momentum towards greater collaboration and communication amongst all members. With that, very specific rules are in place for this meeting so as to not stifle or discourage any members either at this meeting or in their involvement in future meetings.
The only areas able to be fully planned are common areas currently belonging to and maintained by the HOA. (See map)
Any ideas for future owned common areas are welcome but may need delayed.
No ideas will be dismissed or turned down.
Moving any improvements forward will require a committee and chair.
No HOA topics other than defined in the agenda will be discussed.
Any request for other topics are welcome at, and will be deferred to the next scheduled HOA BOD meeting.
Due to previously determined attendance and communication of agenda, no items may be up for vote by the BOD during this meeting.
Areas highlighted dark green are current "lawn" maintained areas.
Areas highlighted light green are current "low maintenance" areas.
Reforested areas are special use with the county and may not be developed.
Stormwater areas highlighted in blue are county owned and maintained.
Red and orange highlighted areas are developer owned and maintained but will eventually become HOA areas.
